Park Jung-soo (born July 1, 1983, age 27 years), better known by his stage name Leeteuk, is an actor, singer and presenter from South Korea. He waswas the leader of boy band Super Junior . His stage name means "special".

Pre-debut

In early 2000, Park Jung-su was talent scouted by an agent in Myeongdong. [citation needed] He was asked to audition for the Starlight Casting System 2000, which immediately signed him to SM Entertainment, the same year. Park makes a cameo appearance in a very short MBC Korean drama All About Eve in 2000 and also the model for Pepsi. He was later incorporated into the five-member boy band with a future Super Junior bandmate, Donghae by her talent agent before this idea was dropped. Several names for this group just fine, Pricor and a Smile. After he was put in Super Junior, Park wanted a stage name that is similar to Kangta and thus chose the name Leeteuk. Teuk, which means "special."

 Debut

On November 6, 2005, Leeteuk as a part of Super Junior officially debuted on SBS's Popular Songs conduct group's first single "TWINS (Knock Out)." Being the oldest of the group, Leeteuk was chosen to be the leader of Super Junior, lead and guide the group in media interviews and schedules. Since the debut of Super Junior, Leeteuk has regular MC for M. NET 's F! Countdown along with Super Junior members Kang-In and Shindong. However, since late 2006, Eunhyuk replaced Kang-In position. Along with Eunhyuk, Leeteuk is also the DJ for KBS Super Junior Kiss the Radio since August 21, 2006. Starting December 2007, Leeteuk to host my own show, Leeteuk's Love Fighter, various performances Leeteuk helping to solve problems couples' problems. In early 2007, SM Entertainment placed Leeteuk in a new six-piece sub-group Super Junior, Super Junior-T. Different from Super Junior as usual urban music style, singing group specializing in running a modern version, the old style of Korean pop music. On February 25, 2007, Super Junior-T debuted on Popular Songs with titles of their songs, "Rokkugo !!!". Super Junior-T released their first single, "Rokkugo!" on February 23, 2007, eventually selling 45 998 units by the end of the year, classified as the sixteenth best selling album this year.
